Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site.
Please read these terms of use carefully before using our site, as these will apply to any Member's use of our site. We recommend that all Members print a copy of this for future reference.
By using our site, Members confirm that they accept these terms of use and agree to comply with them.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on all Members.
We may update our site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

Whilst we do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or its use will be uninterrupted, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that our site is available and accessible. If a Member is provided with a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, that Member must treat such information as confidential. Members must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by a Member or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion the relevant Member has failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
If any Member knows or suspects that anyone else knows their user identification code or password, the Member must promptly notify us at admin@wintercircle.co
Members are responsible for keeping their profiles up to date. Members understand and acknowledge that, whilst they will own the rights to the content which they upload, Members do not have any ownership rights to their account on our site and that if a Member cancels their account or if their account is terminated, all of that Member's account information including CVs, cover letters, saved jobs, questionnaires will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from our databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in effecting a comprehensive deletion of those details. Please note that third parties may continue to retain saved copies of information relating to Member's accounts.
We reserve the right to delete a Member's account and all of that Member's account details after a significant duration of inactivity.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Member may print off and download content from our site for personal use provided always that such use is strictly in accordance with this Agreement. We use technical features and measuring systems on our site to monitor usage of the content on our site through access logs to detect excessive usage. We use such measures to prohibit Members from high-volume downloading, copying large amounts of data, and/or printing of the content on our site on a systematic basis. If we detect that Member is exceeding the permitted usage limits for the content on our site, without prejudice to our other rights, We may temporarily block Member’s account pending an investigation to understand whether such breach occurred accidentally or wilfully. We will work with Member to suggest and implement ways to prevent further occurrences.
Members shall not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials which it has printed off or downloaded in any way, and must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
Members must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.
If a Member prints off, copies or downloads any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, that Member's right to use our site will cease immediately and that Member must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials which that Member has made.

Members may use our site only for lawful purposes but may not use our site: in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way; to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards; to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); to knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
Members shall not: (i) reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our site in contravention of these terms of use; (ii) access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt: any part of our site; any equipment or network on which our site is stored; any software used in the provision of our site; or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
We may from time to time impose technical restrictions on your use of our site if your use of our site to download Content is excessive.
The content provided on our site ("Content") is provided on an 'as is' basis and is provided for general information only. Any other materials posted on our site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. Nothing in these terms is intended to provide or give any guarantee or any representation or warranty that the Content is accurate or complete. We will not be liable to any Member for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: use of, or inability to use, our site; or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
We only provide our site for your private use. Members agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes other than to seek a suitable role, and we have no liability to Members for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Members are responsible for configuring their information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site. Members should use their own virus protection software. We will not be liable to any Member for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect a Member's computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to a Member's use of our site or due to a Member downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it. Any links to other websites should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from a Member's use of them.
Whenever a Member makes use of a feature that allows it to upload content to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, each Member must comply with the content standards set out in these terms of use.
The standards in this section apply to any and all material which a Member contributes to our site ("Contributions"), and to any interactive services associated with it. Members must comply with the spirit and the letter of the following standards. The standards apply to each part of any contribution as well as to its whole.

Each Member warrants that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and the relevant Member will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. Member may be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of that Member's breach of warranty.
Any content which a Member uploads to our site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary however the content which Members upload will be subject to the restrictions which are part of the functionality of our site and can only be accessed by other Members. Members retain all ownership rights in their content but Members are required to grant us and other Members a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties. When Members upload or post content to our site, that Member grants to us, a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide licence to display the content which the Member uploads on our site with a sub-licensable right to allow other Members to access, view and download copies thereof.
We also have the right to disclose a Member's identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by a Member to our site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by Members. We have the right to remove any posting made on our site if, in our opinion, the relevant Member's post does not comply with the content standards set out in these terms of use.
The views expressed by Members do not represent our views or values. Members are solely responsible for securing and backing up their content.
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this provision of these terms through a Member's use of our site. When a breach of this Privacy Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with this provision constitutes a material breach of these terms of use, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions: immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of a Member's right to use our site; immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by a Member to our site; issue of a warning to the relevant Member; legal proceedings against a Member for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach; further legal action against that Member; disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this provision. The responses described in this provision are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
Members may link to our home page, provided that the Member does so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Members must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Members must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by that Member. Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may Members create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.
We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. The website to which a Member is linking must comply in all respects with the content standards set out in these terms of use.

Please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. Members and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if a Member is a resident of Northern Ireland that Member may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if a Member is a resident of Scotland, that Member may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
